Terms & Conditions – Catering by Ana

Bookings & Payment

    • All catering orders require full payment to confirm your booking.

    • Orders must meet the minimum spend requirement of $270 (before GST and delivery).

    • Payment methods accepted: credit card, Stripe, or bank transfer.

  1. Order Deadlines & Availability

    • All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Orders are available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays unless agreed otherwise.

  2. Delivery Terms

    • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Oxley, QLD (postcode 4075).

    • A surcharge of 15% applies to Sunday and public holiday bookings.

  3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations within 7 hours of the event date are non-refundable due to ingredient preparation and time invested.

    • For grazing tables or private catering events, a 20% non-refundable deposit applies to secure your booking. This amount will not be refunded under any circumstance.

    • In the rare event of a cancellation by Catering by Ana, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

  4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

    • We cater to halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options upon request.

    • While we take all care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  5. Presentation & Setup

    • For grazing tables and on-site catering, please ensure early venue access is arranged as per agreement.

    • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and shaded setup area for outdoor events.

  6. Liability

    • Catering by Ana is fully licensed and insured.

    • We are not responsible for food handling once delivery or setup is completed unless staff service is included.

  7. Changes & Modifications

    • Menu or guest count changes must be communicated at least 4 business days prior to the event.
