1) Does Catering by Ana hold Public Liability Insurance?
Yes. Catering by Ana holds current Public Liability Insurance. A Certificate of Currency is available within one business day on request and is required by most Brisbane CBD buildings.
2) What payment methods do you accept for corporate catering?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via secure online checkout. Bank transfer (EFT) is available for pre-arranged corporate orders. Contact us at Info@cateringbyana.com.au to set up before ordering.
3) Are your corporate catering prices GST-inclusive?
All prices on our website are GST-inclusive. A full tax invoice is provided with every order automatically.
4) What is the minimum order for corporate catering?

5) How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend ordering at least 3 business days in advance. For urgent orders with 24 to 48 hours notice, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. All corporate packages include options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal-friendly guests. Individual dietary labelling is available on request.

9) What is your cancellation and modification policy?
Guest number changes are accepted up to 48 hours before delivery at no charge. Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery.
