Return & Exchange Policy – Catering by Ana

Return Policy:
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, Catering by Ana does not accept returns or exchanges. All catering orders are made to order, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Once your order is confirmed and prepared, it cannot be returned.

Non-refundable deposit: Grazing tables require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your event date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be refunded due to food preparation and time invested.

Damages or concerns:
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (e.g., damaged or missing items), please contact us immediately at info@cateringbyana.com.au with photos and order details.
